We are bursting with pride to share the incredible accomplishments of three of our talented student artists who were recently honored at the City of Phoenix History Month Art Contest! Out of 111 submissions from schools across Arizona, only 25 winners were selected — and three of them were from Academia del Pueblo!
Congratulations to:
Daniel Felix – 6th Grade
Adyllin Young – 7th Grade
Nataly Garcia – 8th Grade
These exceptional students not only showcased their artistic talents but also had the amazing opportunity to present and discuss their work with Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego during a special recognition event at the Burton Barr Central Library.
Their artwork is now part of a lasting legacy as City of Phoenix Historians, contributing to a program that will carry on for generations.
