Academia del Pueblo is a kindergarten through 8th grade charter school part of Friendly House.
Academia del Pueblo offers a comprehensive elementary school curriculum that employs high academic standards and strategic curriculum interventions designed to meet and excel Arizona College and Career Readiness State Standards in kindergarten through eighth grade.
Our highly qualified teachers create innovative lesson plans to challenge and inspire students to become global thinkers and community leaders. All students receive rigorous instruction in English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Computer Education, Physical Education, and Spanish.

What is a dollar-for-dollar tax credit?
For example: If you owe $750 in state income taxes and you donate $400 to Friendly House-Academia del Pueblo for extracurricular activities, then you will only owe $350.
When filing your Arizona state income taxes you will need to file form #322 Credit for Donation made to a Public School and send a copy of your receipt.
Who is eligible?
This tax credit is available to all Arizona individual taxpayers regardless of whether or not they have children in the school.
What is an extracurricular activity?
Donations received will benefit extracurricular activities. Extracurricular activity means school sponsored
activities that require enrolled students to pay a fee to participate.
When do I donate?
NOW and until April 15, 2024!

The school tax credit offered by the Arizona state tax law (ARS 43-1089.01). This law allows individual state taxpayers to donate any amount up to $400 for couples filing jointly and $200 for single tax payers.

In 2021, ADP was awarded a grant from Fiesta Bowl Charities to expand ADP's current After School sports programming and purchase a much needed van to safely (and stylishly, thanks to JoMar Wraps) transport students.
